What do you keep in your change bag?

Just wondering what you all keep in your nappy change bag. So far I have:

Nappies x6
Baby wipes
Changing mat
Antibac wipes
Nappy rash cream
Towel
Nappy bags
Dummy
Bottle of formula (made up just before I leave the house)
Change of clothes – babygro, vest, cardigan
Carrier bags (for dirty clothes)
Antibac handwash
Muslin x 2
Bib
Handful of cotton wool & cotton pads

Have I missed anything obvious?
