What do you think about DHEA?

hey girls, just wondered what you all though about DHEA. I really cant be bothered researching it all myself and thought there must be ladies on here who will know all there is to know about fertility. Can anyone give me any advice on it please, i've heard it's good for improving egg quality but may come with some side effects. would really appreciate any info and dosage, thanks xx

I just started taking DHEA a couple weeks ago after consulting my doctor. He recommended and I think I've seen others on here say the same thing - 75mg per day. I generally, take 2 pills in the morning and 1 at night to get me to 75. So far, the only thing different I notice is I have a a little more energy in the morning - like I had caffeine or something.

My doctor said it couldn't hurt or do any harm so why not give it a shot and see what happens.
