Leah or Laya (no sure how to spell it)
Ayelet --- my husbands favorite, but I think too hard for americans to pronounce
Dafna or Daphna - my favorite
Maya

Middle name would be Paola (his late grandmothers name)
I was a little concerned with the initials being A.P.R. (but I am the only one who think "annual percentage rate" everytime I hear it right?)

Pow-la

his grandma was Russian/Swiss-German but the name is also popular is South America, so living in Miami --- everyone should be able to pronounce it, haha!

My mother's name is Paula and I always wanted to give my girl a middle name after her. Is it the same as Paola? Also, are there any alternate pronunciations? "Pay-o-la" maybe? I like it!

I like Maya a lot, and Daphna.

APR seems fine as initials, don't worry!

I don't think I phoneticly spelled out Paola right (I guess, outside the influences of Latin America its unique! --- maybe try Towel-uh , but replace the T with P). I also asked my husband; his grandmother was Swiss which has 4 official languages and it is from Italian province; which makes a lot more sense than German as it is popular in Romance-language speaking countries. Anyway; Paula is pronounced like the apostle Paul, with an "uh" at the end; if your pronouncing it in english; if you pronounced it in spanish/italian it would be like Paola; an alternative spelling.

Daphna is very pretty, and looks pretty written down as well.
