So I've been trying for almost 3 years, so far I haven't ovulated on my own but I've been taking vitex for almost 6 months now and I think it's helped with some other things but hadn't noticed any great improvements until maybe two days ago....
So Monday, I noticed some cramping in the general area of my ovaries on the left side and then all day after that my nipples started feeling a little extra sensitive. Then yesterday my nipples hurt, all day, pretty noticeably. Then today still nips hurting but now I'm constipated too and it just feels kinda achy in the ovary area yesterday and today. I've read so much stuff but I don't want to be talking myself into something that's not real. I haven't been charting for months cuz it got old of nothing but crazy roller coaster temps. Haven't done opks in forever either.
So what do y'all think? Thankfully I think we're covered as far as baby dancing!

It sounds like you were ovulating to me. what day are you on in your cycle?

Sounds like my normal ovulation! I always cramp and feel pain on my left side

That was day 11, today is cd 14. But I had a shorter cycle last two months so it may be my new normal.
