What does high progesterone mean?

Had an IUI and tested progesterone 7 days later. Came back at 76.3nmol/l. Which the nurse said was great! So I def ovulated.. but what does a high number mean?

If it's really high it could mean you ovulated 2 eggs instead of 1! I have no idea if 76 is high enough to be 2, but I would definitely take it to be a good sign!

No that isn't true. You can have high numbers and it be just one egg. All it means is you are producing plenty of progesterone in your 2ww which is great. Gl
Anything over 25 is considered high.
