What does it mean..please help?!

After going for a final u/s yesterday after my miscarriage, the woman checked my ovaries and said that i had very healthy folicles? what does this mean...? Does it mean im ovulating? Should we try again this cycle is they are looking healthy? confused

Not sure what she mean other than everything looked okay with you.
If you feel ready to try again then i would say go for it. If the GP thinks there is no reason not to then do what you feel ready to.

Sorry to hear about your mc. I think the follicles help trap the sperm and pull it in the right direction.

Sounds good to me. If you want to find out when you ovulate, perhaps try some opk's.

I think folicles are what your eggs are in before they are released. - In theory I think she is saying that you have healthy eggs - so shouldnt have trouble conceiving again and having a healthy baby.

Do what you feel ready to do - its your choice.

I hope everything goes well and you get a BFP soon.

The fociles are what "waft" the egg down the fallopian tube towards the uterus. These can get damaged, and lead to infertility. I agree with Rachelle about the meaning of what was said.
