What does these terms mean in notes?

Ceph mean cephalic Which I believe is by they put when the head is down but I'm not sure about the other one.

Ceph is head down and brim means the brim of pelvis :)

Brim means baby is on brim of pelvis, approx 3/5 engaged usually xxx

Oh it could mean not engaged? Like baby is head down but only at the brim of pelvis??? Maybe?

I was told by my Mw that my baby is 3/5 engaged and that meant 3 fifths of his head was low down and that was really good. Now I'm confused?

Brim is not free but not engaged, like about to be engaged. If they were actually engaged then they would use those terms 2/5 etc

Mine says 'ceph and
Free'.... Head down and his head is sitting on top of my pelvis, not yet engaged and she could move it but ready to engage.

ceph = Cephalic = head down.
My baby is sitting ceph and just within the brim of the pelvis, so almost ready to engage but not enough to count numerically. She did say once he's in the brim he's unlikely to move with his brother sitting on top of him like he is.
