no idea about first one, Cervix 2cm dilated, baby head down, no idea about 0-2-3 and that she felt the waters when she did the sweep x

From what I can remember from my own sweeps last time :
cx 2cm cef = 2cm of cervix remaining, (I believe that CEF means it was soft but I can't find that on my list of abbreviations lol)
2cm dilated = 2cm dilated lol
pp cephelic 0-2-3 = Presenting Part is the head at station 2-3 (should mean they're head down and partially engaged
membranes felt = means membranes holding in the waters are present, and probably bulging clightly if she could feel them.

All sounds good - hope it works

If you could take a photo of the writing it would be better but it means,

Cervix is 2cm thick, unsure what cef is ?central,
Cervix 2cm dilated,
Presenting part is cephalic (head) ?0-2-3
Membranes (waters) are present.
