What does this mean?

When I'm looking at posts I notice that at the bottom there is a section that tells you who is looking at the thread. Anyway, I was wondering why some members have a + symbol next to their names sometimes? It's really annoying me because I can't figure out what it means lol.

Any thoughts on this would be great. Thanks.

It means that person is on your contacts/friends list
