What dpo is the best to start testing?

im currently on 1dpo. my cylce varies from 23-25 days. AF is due arround 16th-17th of this month. i ovulated yday because i temp. n my temperture went up alot this morning. does anyone know what day u can get a positive from.

I have heard as early as dpo8 and late as dpo 16 or later, it really varies!

I was wondering this, since I'm trying to conceive my first. I'm 7dpo today and obviously, waaay too early to test but I'm super tempted. I think I'm probably going to try and hold out until I'm at least 10 or 11 dpo to do it. Good luck to everyone *sprinkles baby dust around everywhere*XD

I think 12dpo would be a good time to test, implantation happens anytime bewteen 6-10dpo so if its a late implanter it would take 2-3 days to build enough hcg in your system to be detected on the hpt.
