What have you eaten today?

Apparently I'm in big trouble for not eating enough, and especially not enough protein. I eat until I'm full. Last pregnancy I had issues consuming enough protein and wound up getting my fix on instant breakfast and other kinds of safe protein shakes (ensure)

Anyhoo... I figured I can't be the only one needing (or wanting) to track what they're eating so here goes! I'll start with what I ate yesterday as I haven't started eating yet today (going to make pancakes in a hot second).


AM: Cheerios, sliced banana, whole milk

Lunch: Sliced Colby Jack cheese, 3 carrots, 1 sliced cucumber, bunch of grapes

PM: Spaghetti with sausage in sauce + cheese

Snack: 2 scrambled eggs.
 
Breakfast - 2 slices of toast with butter and a cup of tea

Lunch - chicken and stuffing sandwhich with a packet of cheese and onion crisps, a yoghurt and a bottle of water.

Dinner - 2 microwave pepperoni pizzas with salad cream

Snacks - a brownie, 2 packets of ready salted crisps, pineapple chunks.

Not a particularly healthy day but I have no regrets :rofl:

breakfast, bowl of cereal with chocolate milk
lunch,a pizza pocket and 2 donuts :haha:
dinner, chicken, potatoes and a salad.
My days are usually better but it's the weekend=)
 
Breakfast: oatmeal with raisins and milk
Lunch: 3 scrambled eggs with onion and pepper cut up, with a slice of toast and some cheese
Dinner: Salmon risotto
Snacks: bowl of ice cream, protein bar and shared some chocolate bunny grahams with my son
 
AM: Pancake and a 1/4 (kidlet ate the rest of my pancakes)

Lunch: Ramen

Dinner: Chicken breast sandwich with a slice of cheese, salsa, and sauteed onions on whole wheat bread, cup of broccoli

Snack: handful of reeses pieces
 
Everything I saw 😅 and bubs loved it kicked all day. I usually don't eat so much.
Am : banana and bowl of rice krispies.
Lunch : Ham and Cheese roll with tomato and spinnich, a small Orange & 2 cookies
Dinner: chicken Quesdia with cheese peppers salsa etc.
Snacks grapes , kiwi another banana. 2 more cookies. Lots of water.

I'm a big no idea where this bottomless pit has come from.
 
Breakfast: a bowl of cherios.
Snack: a granola bar and goldfish crackers.
Lunch: some frozen entree that had rice, chicken and vegetables.
Snack: a lemon poppy seed muffin
Dinner: a pork chop, rice and green beans.
Snack (which I'm currently eating): Taco chips with salsa and Nacho cheese.

I'm terrible with food lately.
 
I'm starting to get food ideas from you guys, LOL!


will edit this as the day progresses:

AM: Apple juice, bowl of Life ceral w/ whole milk (shared with DS, he's a ceral fiend)

Lunch: Pizza Bagel Bites (closest I could come to pizza after WinterBabies3 brought up pizza in another thread), hot dog on wholewheat toast with mustard

Dinner: "Sexy" Pork chop (lemon and garlic), mashed potatoes, creamed corn, 1/4 piece of chicken breast, Gatorade

Snacks: 3 chocolate chip cookies and I'm making eyes at a handful of dark chocolate M&Ms
 
Breakfast - 2 crumpets with cheese on. (During the week I usually have a small croissant and an apple, sometimes a banana too.)

Snack - home made very fruity flap jack that has no sugar and absolutely minimal syrup so much healthier.

Lunch .... Oops I did not have any today. Usually it ends up being a scone and some fruit or pasta salad or something.

Dinner - salad. Lettuce, spinach, carrot, cucumber, tomato, pickles, peppers and a bit of greated cheese.

Tonight is move night with the kiddies so we have treats, will be having half a pack of crisp, a few star burst, 2 squares of chocolate and a bit of fruit. When it's not Saturday I have usually have some fruit or a slice of cheese on toast for supper.
 
Oh and I baked blue berry muffins earlier for tomorrow but no doubt I will end up eating one tonight lol!
 
Breakfast - 2 biscuits
Dinner - fish finger sarnie
Tea - Indian

I've had a terrible day!
 
Breakfast- 2 pieces of marmite on toast
Lunch- cheese and tomato sandwich
Tea- cheese and tomato pizza with mayonnaise

Snacks- cesar wrap. Fat free yoghurt, jam sponge and custard

Seems I need to cut back on carbs haha

OMG I want a fish finger sarnie right now, that's why I shouldnt read food posts 😅
 
breakfast: homemade waffle with homemade blueberry syrup
lunch: leftovers of salmon risotto
snack: blueberry juice, about a cup of raspberries, vanilla ice cream cone
dinner: BLT sandwich with home made sweet potato fries
snack: homemade yogurt with raspberries on top and a glass of o.j.
 
i suck at eating healthy but thats because i hate a lot of fruits n veges ....
but breakfast- egg on bread with hash brown n 2 pancakes
lunch- nutella sandwich
dinner- fish, garlic prawns, air fried chips and lots of veges carrots, peas and corn
but a litre of water
