Well ladies, I thought I would post a list of things I am looking forward to in this pregnancy and what I could definately do without.
What I can do without:
*Peeing my pants when I sneeze, cough, or laugh too hard. Yep, after baby #2, I have little control over my bladder when I am pg. And it is always a surprise when it happens even though I know it will.
*Morning sickness-I am now 8 weeks and it is finally setting in. Yuck!
*Shortness of breath-I feel like I have been running non-stop. I know this will go away soon, but it comes back when baby squashes my lungs.
*Pelvic stretching- I didn't have this pain with #1, but my last 2 pg the pain was so bad. I often felt as if baby was trying to break my pelvis for more room to grow. Those nerves are very sensitive.
*sleepless nights-it has already started. I can't get comfortable (so I end up sleeping half the day!)
*not being able to sleep on my stomach.
*gas-pains and smells
What I can't wait for:
*first u/s to see heartbeat and be reassured that baby is still there.
*First time I can feel baby move.
*baby dreams (I dream much more often and more vivid when pg)
*finding out the sex of the baby (so I can shop of course!)
*feeling the connection with baby that only you can when you are pg, (you may think it sounds crazy, but I can feel the baby's sweet spirit and it makes me feel so special to be it's mommy).
*First time I hold baby, nurse baby, bathe baby, dh holds baby, and all the wonderful things after.
What about you?
