What is going on with me could this be the start of labor

So I'm 37 and 4 days. I woke up with a headache. I've been popping. Well sorry tmi. Three times so far and that is highly not like me I'm normally lucky to go. And I've hat hot seats and then get these weird like goosebumps during it. No contractions yet though. Never experienced this before.

Thank you. Maybe it's my fault we are moving at the moment and I've been non-stop for the last week

Not sure but for me 3 times I definently knew.... Woke up needing to number 2 bad stomach pain... I just knew an im sure you will once you are... good luck!
