LO is curently on nutramigin lipil but am thinking this is not 100% right for her as some allergy symptoms are still there (mainly constipation) and wasnt sure what to ask my GP for instead!

Nutrimigen Lipil is made of cow's milk, but the protein is hydrolyzed (broken down) into such small particles that most babies can handle it. Nutramigen AA (amino acid) and Neocate are essentially the same - made of amino acid protein rather than cow's milk. Virtually all babies can handle it, but very expensive

You could try Alimentum, especially the ready to feed, instead of Nutrimigen Lipil. They are both hydrolyzed formulas, but made by different companies and slightly different ingredients. The ready to feed has no corn and I have heard it can cause less allergies than the powder.
