What is this black bar at the bottom of the screen?

I've just come on to BnB this morning and it has this strange black thing at the bottom of the screen. Its not on any other web pages just this one

I've print screened it...........

im afraid i cant help as i dont have it...maybe its the type of internet window your using..internet explorer...firefox..google crome ect..
