What is this pain in my leg?!

I am all paniced now because I googled it!

I have just been out a walk with Daisy and must have walked about 15 minutes then started getting a shooting crampy pain the back of my left leg, it is still aching now

Has anyone had this?

Google is evil don't do it

How is it now? It could just be a pulled muscle I did this last year cleaning the windows i just over stretched, sounds much like you described. It just ached afterwards for about a week and was fine then
