What is wrong w my PRE-O BBT Temp?!

My FF Chart is in my sig.

I started charting 2 months ago. I use a regular thermometer and it's been working fine. My temp has been up and down since AF came and now it's high. IDK how it's going to be tomorrow or the next day but I'm stumped why it's fluctuating like this. Last month, my Pre-O temp hovered at 36.4C or lower. Only twice is was higher.

I haven't changed my sleeping pattern, I'm not stress, the bdrm environment is constant.

What's going on?

Hmmm. Not sure... Didn't want to R&R.... My only thought is that sometimes around af I find my temps a bit unpredictable. Almost like the hormones are still sorting themselves out. I think it'll probably level out in a couple days.

Have you been having a glass of wine with dinner? That aaalways gives me a higher temp the next day

jessica.p - nah, I haven't been drinking. I was actually drinking during last month's post-O as it was around Christmas and New Years! I'm guess it is hormonal but why so crazy?
