Sorry for the moan coming up, but my body is driving me mad. I always had regular cycles before having my son, but since a really stressful time at work in summer 2007 my cycles have gone haywire.

They have ranged from 23-70 days although most fall into the 30-41 day range. I have purposely tried to relax the past few months, drink more water eat well and exercise regularly and my cycles regulated to 31, 33 and 30 days. It's been great.

BUT this cycle I think i'm going to be facing a long one again, CD19 today and no sign of ewcm. I have had af type cramping since af left, got funny pains like I need the loo (kind of like the pain you get if you have the runs - sorry tmi ) my tummy is bloated, really bloated. My skin is irritated(not related to ttc but driving me mad). I am so fed up of all this.

I hate not knowing when/if ov is coming, I love my dh but all this bd'ing is hard work. It's been over 2 years now :dohh:

Sorry for the moan, just cheesed off with my wonky body xxx

:hi: lovely

I totally hear you!!! Im feeling wanked off with my body too, its frustrating isnt it??

And i totally agree with the BDing, its hard work big time!

:hugs:

Sorry to hear you have a tough time. Have you been to see the GP yet? 2 years is a long time and sounds like you may need some answers... You don't say whether you had trouble with number 1 and I don't want to teach you to suck eggs. A lot of the girls have been given Clomid to help regulate and it can help with that. (although 6th round for me and still no BFP so its not a miracle cure!!).

Good luck any way
Millnsy x

Thanks for your replies :hugs:

Yeah,we concieved ds without any problems, the first month 'not being careful' which makes me laugh now. I'd been off the pill for about 9 months, but we were being careful, then the first time we weren't careful (we had discussed the fact we were ready to start trying) I fell pregnant. To add insult to injury we only bd once that month!

I have been to my GP and had bloods done, all came back fine. We were referred to a fertility clinic, but I cancelled the appointment at the last minute. I know that must sound stupid, but I am overweight and I was nervous that they would just blame my weight. My gp said that he was sure my weight wasn't the issue because I conceived my son at a heavier weight, but I still couldn't bear the embarrassment. The deciding factor was that i'd read they won't prescribe Clomid if your bmi is above 30. Not sure how true that is, but kept reading it. I regret cancelling the appointment now. I have been losing weight and exercising and my weight is coming down.

A second child would be the most amazing gift for me and dh. A brother/sister for ds. We don't want him to be lonely. BUT I am so greatful for the fact that we have ds.

Bless ya hun, well make the appointment again when you feel ready too, if your noticing a change in your weight and maybe feeling better about yourself, then go for it.
