What is your 7 month olds nap routine?

My Lo used to have 3 naps a day, morning, afternoon and evening but recently he's having one in the morning, one in the afternoon, has dropped the evening nap and falls asleep earlier

these are rough times, and alter by up to an hr each day......sometimes it's totally off and she squeezes in 3 naps and has a late night

6.30 am wake up
9am nap for 1 1/2 hrs
2pm nap for 45mins
6.pm bed

2 a day longer 1st nap of 1.5-2.5 hrs second nap 45 mins (occasionally swops lengths around).

So pleased to see someone else has longer 1st nap as well!

Anyone else who's LO has long 1st nap do you ever have problems getting them to go down for the second one? I do once every few of weeks and he ends up on just one nap for the day... sometimes wonder if i should wake him up from the 1st nap early to try and change him over to longer second nap only because of this occasional problem.

Rowan has just turned 8 months; but napping just the same as last month so she 'normally' has 1.5 hours nap about 2 hours after getting up. Then up for about 3 hours, another 1.5 hour nap them up about 3-4 hours til bed time.

When he naps he really NAPS! Nothing can disturb him,

7pm till 6am Night
12pm till 2pm Day and thats it.

My LO has 2 x 30 min naps on a morning and 2 x 30 min naps on afternoon! Shes been a catnapper since 12 weeks, she still dosent STTN yet not sure if this is anything too do with her short naps or not but in any case i couldnt get her too nap longer anyway!

Jordan does this for a typical day

7 wake
9:30-11 nap
1:30 - 3 nap
6:30 bed

She has 2 naps one midmorning for 1 -2 hrs and one mid afternoon for 1-2 hrs. Bedtime between 6:30-7. If I feed her at night she will sometimes sleep until 8am and thats when she only has 1 hr nap in the am. Otherwise she is up around 7ish.

Zoey typically has 2 naps, sometimes just one very long one. The first is around noon for 2 hours at most. The second, if at all, is around 4pm for about an hour. And then she sleeps from 8pm - 7am, roughly.

A good day for LO would be three x 20 minute naps.

He goes down for naps easily and sttn though so can't complain, he just doesn't need much sleep
