I've just had to run to the toilet to throw up, my 2 year old daughter was waiting to use the toilet and ended up wetting herself on the bathroom floor, so I dealt with that after I'd finished being sick only to notice that my knickers are soaking wet and a small lump of cm in the middle, the wetness had no smell.(tmi I know)

I have no idea what this could be but has obviously occured from me retching, I'm concerned that because of the lack of smell it could have been my waters. Or have I just peed myself? I went to the toilet literally 5 minutes before.

My body always managed to squeeze out some pee when I was sick in first tri so I wouldn't wory hun although poor you! Nothing like retching and then cleaning up some pee...hope the rest of your day goes better!

More than likely you peed yourself :winkwink: The last few times I've thrown up I peed myself :haha: and the contracting of your diaphragm while throwing up could very well cause cm to push out. I'm sure it's fine :flower:

Thanks ladies, I hope it is urine lol! How embarrasing but at least I'm not at work haha x

This happened to me many a time ... thankfully not yet with this pregnancy xx

You could have just squeezed out some watery CM? Or maybe sweat :p

Whatever it was/is, I haven't felt right all afternoon, sickness seems worse than it's been so far and I'm struggling to eat or drink without heaving.

Thanks hun, I never had any of this with Katie, easy pregnancy dreadful Labour, I'm hoping this one isn't the opposite way round.

Even though it's hard, still try your best to get your 96oz a day. Not getting enough liquids can make the ms even worse! Don't hesitate to ask your doctor for anti-nausea meds...no need to suffer needlessly only to make yourself more sick! I hope you feel better soon!!! :flower:
