At the moment I'm feeding him as follows:

07:00 - Formulae
10:00 - cereal
13:00 - pureed veggies with chicken/fish
17:00 - pureed banana or apple or both
18:00 - same as at 1300
20:00-21:00 - Formulae

nothing solid yet, though I give him a baby biscuit often and I let him taste some of our food sometimes..

My LO has:

Breakfast - Cereal such as weetabix, porridge or somtimes a crumpet or slice of toast.

Dinner: Sandwich and a yogurt and fruit & maybe a biscuit. Soup and slice of bread, fruit and yogurt.

Tea: Normally what we have but cut up. Lasagne. Chicken/sausage cassarole & mash. Fish, peas and mash. Beans/spagetti hoops on toast. Sausage & mash.

At 10 months they can eat pretty much anything really. x

Hi hun

my lo has
7am bottle
9am cereal/fruit/toast, maybe scrambled egg at the weekend!
12pm Lunch - pasta and sauce, soup and bread, toast etc
2pm bottle
3pm snack - nibbles, fruit
5pm dinner - I normally save whatever we've had the night b4, so spag bol, fish pie etc and just mush it up a little or chop finely.
7.30pm - bottle

Sounds like your lo could be having some more lumpy solids now hun, just gradually increase the texture and size of the lumps.

Can I just ask, those of you that are giving spaghetti, soup, etc and foods that you're eating, are you using low-salt varieties? I'm still giving pureed stuff and finding it difficult to think of other ideas as I'm worried about the salt content of lots of stuff, and she doesn't like lumps at all :(

My 9 month old eats everything we do. She only just got her first two teeth the other day, but they don't need teeth to eat soft solids. She loves toast, Cheerios, yogurt, cheese, pasta, rice, veggies, fruit... the list goes on. She also loves water, but preferably from my glass. LOL
