What makes a good dad?

What do you girls think make a good dad?

To care about their child more than theirselves... My OH spends a lot of time with my LO, loves him to pieces. He has another LO he doesn't see very often, but it lights him up for days when he does. His kids truly are the most important thing to him in the world, he'd do anything for them. If it came to a choice between anybody, friends, family.. Even me, and his kids... they'd win outright.
Right now, I've had three hours sleep, my car's bust and i'm stressed out to the max. OH has taken LO out for a few hours to spend some time with him and give me a break - He's a great Dad.

• See's them regularly
• keeps in contact when they don't see them
• is around for the child
• shares the load with you
• cares for you as well as the child
• supports and stands by your decisions
