What meat you all having?

As title says what meat are you all having on xmas day? We usually just have turkey and sometimes beef, but I love Gammon, BUT ive only ever had it at the carvery though lol, so i want that this year, but got no idea how to cook it, anyone know???? XX

and gammon is pretty much the same as roasting a joint of beef, look online for cooking times etc though

we used to roast it but last year we boiled it, was so moist boiled

We are having turkey, I have bought a boneless breast peice as none of us like dark meat, one year it was just DH and I (first christmas after we got married) and we had venison steaks which were nice - just didn't feel like Christmas dinner!
