Well we've had all the blood tests, Sperm Analysis numerous times all good, had ultrasounds and HSG everything clear so what's next?

Is a laparoscopy routine? Our next appointment is in October and would love to know what this is gona be about. What is the next step after all this? I remember her saying they would "start treatment" but I'm not entitled to anything :/

Not sure but sounds like they might talk about trying IUI?

I just started all this testing yesterday. Hubby has his cup and they took an insane amount of blood from us. I'm so curious about the results...

I remember waiting on blood results, are your cycles normal? I think we could just about afford a round or 2 of IUI at £500 each but that'd be it.

I'm wondering if laparoscopy is routine though, why risk spending a fortune on treatments if there is an underlying condition ie endo :-/ x

Perhaps they will try you on medication such as Clomid for a couple of months to see if that helps.

I'm not sure about the lap. My doc didn't mention it as one of the tests they'll run. I'm kinda scared of it TBH... That's expensive for IUI!! I don't think it's that much here... I think like $400 CAD?.. Funny how it varies so much from place to place.

My cycles are pretty normal. I O every month, periods are fairly reg. i have a shortish LP, and I spot for several days before AF, then AF is really light/short. So I suspect I might have a progesterone issue.... Quite keen to find out if that's all it is.

Thanks for the replies. I'm sure iui is about £500 here. I would love to try clomid, I always thought clomid was for people who didn't ovulate? I ovulate perfectly. My appointment is tomorrow. Looking forward to knowing what the next steps are. Getting fed up now :( xxx
