What prenatals are everyone taking..... advise needed

Hi lovely ladies

I’ve been taking the Asda multi pregnancy vitamins however I’m not very good at taking tablets and even cutting them into 6 pieces I’m struggling to swallow them. They are just so hard to get down they get stuck in my throat and water doesn’t push them down I have to eat something like a piece of bread.

What ones are you taking or can you recommend some that are maybe sugar coated or just easier to swallow in general. Usually tablets go to the back as soon as you put water in your mouth but these just sink and they just don’t go down with the water

Do they have gummy vitamins where you are? They have them here in the US and it might be a better option for you. I am not a fan of gummy bears but these ones aren't that bad.

I take seven seas trying for a baby. They are really tiny pills x

Thanks ladies I havnt seen the gummy bear ones but apparently boots do seven seas so il try them
