What should i do?

My baby shower is on july 24 and i dont think alot of people are going like i originally thought i have 7 tables and like 56 chairs and tons of memory keepsake things for the adults and little kids. Should i still decorateall my tables? Oh and i have 2 cakes ordered should i cancel one? I just dont want to look silly with alot of left over things iykwim? Im probably looking silly asking this its just that i worked so hard and saved every penny possible to make my babyshower with out any help and my family can be abit judgemental when it comes to things like parties. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would call and ask everyone i invited if they are coming, if they dont rsvp, i would revovle it around the people who are coming. If you end up short its cause people came who didnt rsvp. thats my opinion though.
