What Things Have You Been Doing To Keep Mind Off Being Over Due?!

So tomorrow will be 5 days over and 7 more till planned induction what have you been doing to keep your mind off labour and being late?! I've been trying to get out everyday whether christmas shopping or out for lunch but today was the first I have stayed in and it was horrible all I kept thinking was ohh I'm not gonna go into labour it's gonna be induction and that's going to fail and end up with another c section

So what have you ladies been doing?!

I'm not overdue yet, but I have plans for a couple of days after I'm due just for myself, I plan on doing all the Christmas wrapping and decorating, and then having my hair cut so it won't need doing for a while after baby has arrived, as I doubt I'll have the time or care much about my hair after! Hope it's not too long for you though hun

I have a to do list for every day between now and the latest day I could be induced (I'm 38 weeks now). Two of the things I've left until after due date are

1.catching up on memory books. (I do one every year but haven't completed 2011 yet or started this years. Would also like to do one from our wedding and I figure looking at all the photos, greetings cards, tickets, etc will keep me occupied!)

2. Making a recipe file (we get good food magazine very month and so I have about 40 magazines but never use them because its too much hassle to flick through for ideas do I'm going to go through them all, cut out nice recipes, categorise them and put them in a lever arch file!)

I know these sound sad but they will clear space in the house and if they don't get done because baby isn't late, it doesn't really matter!

I've also bought the complete box set of greys anatomy (never seen it) so that should keep me entertained!

Ooooooh mite have to get a new box set to watch will be good for when I'm home after baby comes too hehe will go search amazon .. Ohh ive had my hair done and my eyebrows haha bit vain but will at least look half decent in the photos want to get a mani but unsure if they will get me to take it off if i need one of them finger things on as last time i had to take my toe nail varnish off as ended up with emcs .. Yea have been trying to get some walking in bouncing on birthing ball too but my 2 year old has taken to sitting on my lap jigging about too we just end up on the floor in fits of laughter
