What time is it? Sorry but I don't know if my laptop has changed its clock by itself and all the posts here are an hour later than I think it is x

Thanks...I'm so stupid Got 3 clocks here - on my laptop, phone and on the hotel tv. Put the clock on my phone back last night (it now says 10.22) but all 3 have gone back an hour on their own x
