What time to temp

Im already on CD6 but just got my thermometer through (got opks too) and thought id try temping this month anyway even though im a bit late! But what time in the day do you ladies take your temperatures?? And does it make a difference when its hot and cold weather etc?? x x x x

you should do basel body temp first thing in the morning before you even sit up or talk so stay lyeing down as it is your resting temp and therefore you dont get peaks and dips because of anything other than your body. weather does not make any diffrence

there is a chart stalkers anonoums thread in this section where we discuss a lot of charting. You should come over and join us. There are a lot of experienced ladies in there that can help you step by step with your charting.

You need to try and take your temp at the same time every day after you have had at least 3 hours of solid sleep.
