What types of OPK's do you use?

Hello,

I'm getting my mirena coil out in the next couple of weeks and figured that since I've not had AF for 5 years it would be good to track my cycle as I've no idea if I'm ovulating or not (I'm 37, have PCOS and history of irregular cycles).

Had a browse in this forum and wondered what sticks do you all use? I've had a look on amazon and there's a lot to choose from!

I use the wondfo opks that come with hpt combo off amazon. I like that they are cheap as my cycles are long and we're irregular. Good luck

I just starting using choicemmed. On amazon you get 50 opks and 10 hpt's for 12.99. But a lot of ladies on here use wondofo really like them.
