Hello all,
I started looking at BabyandBump after a lap and dye end of June this year- and after over two years TTC (and never in 25 years) finally a missed period and a BFP the first month after the op!
What I kept wanting to find out is what works?!
So, - this is what I think has worked FOR ME:
1) Lap and Dye - I was told all looked healthy, but I think it gave me a good clearing out.
2) SMEP (though once went to 3rd night)
3) Pre Seed
4) Some sips of dicongestant
5) Vitamins on and off
6) Legs in air/raised hips afterwards
-I still continued to drink and be stressed at work.
I did use One Step OPK but not consistently during the month so I don't know when I ovulated in the end. I tested with One Step early detection strips on day of expected period and got a feint BFP - then tested again a few days later and it was darker.
My OH - still drank, still cycled a bit, ate soy products (which I wondered would affect his hormone levels) but he also took folic acid and zinc for the month after the lap and dye.
I questioned everything we were doing - I can still hardly believe it!
Hope this might help others searching for answers.
