Whats going on? Is it pregnancy?

Hi I am new to this forum but not exactly sure whats going on. I have one 16 year old son and am 35 years old. I am not preventing and we are taking the "whatever happens" approach. My cycles are usually irregular and I have ovarian cysts but not diagnosed with pcos. Ok so my last af was 5/18/14 I skipped June completely(common for me). Usually is it pretty heavy and a lot of cramping. Last week I started to bleed on Sun. Not heavy, barely enough to fill a tampon. That night it was gone. On Monday & Tuesday just a little light spotting. completely gone by wed. During this time I had no cramping at all. Since then I have has a light backache and a little feeling of fullness. I also am very dry down there (not normal for me) and today just my left breast feels a little sore. I took a hpt today and negative. Could I be pregnant or is my body playing tricks on me?
