Hi guys, For the last few weeks ive noticed a little lump inside my breast, right next to my nipple, its sensitive to touch, (but my nipples have been over sensitive since becoming preggo 
and it seems to only show when my nipples become erect
Does anyone know if this has anything to do with the milk ducts?? xxx
