I miscarriage naturally just over 3 weeks ago and have been testing - for a week now. Am fairly sure i ovulated Tue poss wed last week so am not expecting af til beginning of next week. However i know can all be wonky for first cycle.
Last night i was woken by bad tummy cramps and had to take some pain killers. It honestly felt like my uterus had been kicked about! I had thought maybe af had come early but so far no sign. I normally cramp when i come on but not like this! Today there is no pain, nothing... What could it be? Should i be concerned? x
