What's makes men like this towards women

The case of that poor girl on the bus in indian who died from her injuries after being raped

Tahir square where women are raped my dozens of men when protesting or reporting it

Its not even a sexy or provocative outfit

Its shocking to us i suppose, we rarely see that level of harrassment but in places like Cairo i think the rights of women are so less valued.
