What's your daily regiment?

I wholly confess that I'm technically WTT until Dec but I'm on a "pre-conception" regiment and looking to compare notes with you lovely women!

Mine:

1 Prenatal Vitamin A.M.
1 baby Asprin A.M.
1 bowl of Whole Grain Cheerios (likely a midnight snack the way I roll)
1/2 gallon of iced green tea sweetened with honey (hydration!)
45 mins exercise minimum (barn chores)

I also want to say that I avoid soy like the plague because my mother had estrogen related breast cancer and was told to stay the heck away from it. She was a complete soy junkie between tofu and tofu protein shakes etc etc.
