Whats your diet like?

We should be moving out my parents in the next few weeks (WOOHOO!!)
REALLY need to lose weight so whats your size/diet like??

Typically mine is - Toast for breakfast
Somthing like supernoodles/quorn am sandwhich for lunch
and anything like spag bol/lasagne (quorn) for supper
not to mention loads of crap (chocolate sweets cakes crisps) LOL!

what do you eat?
 
Pretty varied but salad with just about everything. I love salad :p
 
My diet is shocking lol

Brekkie- toast, chocolate
lunch- sarnie
dinner - spag bol etc

snacks- eat loads of junk!
 
It seems like I've been on a diet forever. :dohh:

Takeaway is my downfall. Especially if I've been at work all day and can't be bothered to bang around in the kitchen.

Breakfast- Fruit and a protein bar.

Lunch- Cucumber sammie and usually some pretzels or crackers. Or sometimes leftover dinner.

Dinner- I have to make a full fat dinner because DH is so thin. This is where I cheat but try to eat in moderation.

Snacks- It's hot over here, so it's been frozen lemonade and popsicles.

I need to exercise in order to shift the weight, but I can't muster the energy.

My diet is proper shocking:blush: I have a hyper thyroid and am bfing so I pretty much eat everything thats not tied down! Do get my 5 a day lol but wayy too much junk and chocolate everyday:haha:
 
Breakfasts - cereal or fruit
Dinner - sandwiches, soups, jacket potatoes, leftover lasagne & salad
Tea - spag Bol, lasagne, roast dinners etc mostly with veg

I don't have a bad diet really, good job if I'm trying to lose weight :haha:
 
I am also pretty varied because I have veg with every meal. I love salad and french beans.
My problem isn't what I eat exactly, it's how much I eat
 
It's not that bad

Breakfast is yoghurt or cereal, sometimes toast but not that often
Lunch is usually a sandwich or salad
Dinner we eat a lot of pasta dishes, and the usual oven type food, or just basic chicken, potatoes and veg
Snacks are fruit, yogurts, cereal bars and of course chocolate!

My downfall was drinking lots and lots of fizz either diet or full sugar versions but they are both just as bad, the last few days in trying to drink more water instead because I'm sick of feeling bloated! X

Lunch - bowl of soup or sandwich
Dinner - quorn or fish with rice and veg

I'm trying to lose weight but have been stuck at the same weight for bloody ages!! I'm 10 stone 4 and can't get and lower :lol: I don't snack, but have 5-6 coffees a day
 
Breakfast - weetabix with skimmed milk or healthy fry up
Lunch - tuna salad, sometime with pasta or a potato
Dinner - Meat, carbs, and veg (spag bol, shepards pie, curry etc)

Snacks - fruit and the odd bit of cake or chocolate
