We just got a house (Only temp - poss a year with council) So im buying thinkgs to kit it out with, we are hoping to be moved in by Sat.

Im looking online for nice things for the kitchen (Oh has no say as im the one in there lol) Looking for nice animal print things aswell.

Do you use aprons in the kitchen? or waste of money.

What shops has nice things in? online shops.

Feel free to post pics or insperation :D

I've bought a few wall prints (animal ABCs) from Next on-line; also M&S are on-line and their towels are fantastic......

Otherwise, we have some nice stuff from IKEA, which I think you can get delivered in the UK (we can't in Ireland)?

best wishes

I've never worn an apron :haha:

Not too sure about animal print.. have you checked argos?

My flat looks like the next directory! I love how all their things are organised in colour order, it's so convenient :haha:

I've never worn an apron at home

Our house is a mish mash of random bits and pieces we've picked up over the years tbh lol no style tips from me

I got most of my things for the kitchen and dining room from next home, they have some beautiful bits in there. I'd also keep checking places like home bargains and bnm bargains as they sometimes have lovely canvas's in, vases, place mats, bathroom bits like matching toothbrush holders, soap dish and little storage baskets.

Xx

I also got an apron from next home but iv never worn it, it's to pretty :haha: it just hangs up in the kitchen to make me look all housewifey lol xx

You can always get quirky things in Wilkinson if you have one near. My kitchen is a lightish pink and all my accessories are multi coloured.

Ebay is also another good place for things.

I have wall art quotes in my living room, kids room and in my hallway.

I would wear an apron if I had one! But not really a necessity lol. Asda and Wilkinsons are fairly cheap and they have some lovely stuff in. I got most of my stuff from there. Argos too :)

XxX

Yeah Argos is another one and they do their ranges that match too so you can get a whole set!!

I don't wear an apron. My mum used to get me to when I lived at home lol. I shop at Wilko's for most things

A lot of our big things are from Ikea, chest of drawers are massive!, coffee table, tv unit etc.

I agree next have beautiful things especially for kitchen and kids rooms. I also go to matalan, bnm, sainsburys, wilkinsons and tescos.

Websites I use are

We currently live in a council house too while we save up to buy our own :D

I'll post some photos seeing as i've got some half decent ones as we're on a house swap website.. We're trying to move closer to OH's work!

Its nothing special but I'm quite proud seeing as it's our first home, also did it out on a budget while 6-7 months pregnant :haha:

You can't see from the photo much, but we've got a lot of bright red accessories in the living room :)

Bathroom.. Again can't quite see the colour scheme we went for! We went for the bright multi-coloured theme. (Which you usually see a lot of in the next catalogue!) https://www.next.co.uk/homeware/bathroom-accessories-1/10

So yeah this is our home  Our bedroom is green & cream! But haven't got a photo of that yet.

I tend to shop in b&q, wilkinsons, matalan, B&M store, primark, asda living, eBay etc.. :flower:
