What's your signature dish?

Hello! I've just discovered this section! So thought I'd introduce myself

I'm Jo and I'm always wanting to find new recipe ideas so thought it'd be fun to start a thread to root out other posters in here so we can all say hello and share a dish that we enjoy cooking!

So, my signature dish is probably Spinach and Feta stuffed chicken breast. But I also make a mean Steak and Ale pie!

Anyone else want to share?

I make a nice stuffed chicken breast- its my fave..
well its called the chicken and bacon wrap by OH
I made it up one day..

its sausage, few herbs and seasoning.. flattened chicken breast wrapped round and bacon on the outside.. in foil parcel keeping it all together
40 mins on 190.

its delicious.. OH's favourite.
Had it again tonight.. but didnt have any bacon so did it with out and it wasnt the same.. defo needs the bacon lol

always do it with roasties and yorkshires gravy. mmmmmmm

this sounds fab, wonder could you eat it cold also......with salad or would the sausage meat be too greecy......
