whats your vitex story? im scared it will mess me up more?

Okay so I am 34 years old and have 35 days cycles, O usually on CD 20 and sometimes spotting between AF and O (but its not O spotting) i have heard good things about vitex but i have heard it can mess you up more. im not sure what to do. please share any experiences with vitex. we are not TTC yet, by the way i have another child my cycles were fine(28 or 30 days) till i had my baby and i didnt breastfeed. my goal is to ovulate earlier. my luteal phase is fine, im just sick of waiting soooo long to ovulate!!!!

Hi. I started taking taking it this month.....I have normal cycles but low bbt so was wondering if could help as u suspect I have low progesterone....having said that my last bloods were fine. I'm just trying everything!! Well it's giving me headaches Which have just started to get better. I'm on cd11. My ovulation still looks like its on track for 14/15 so we will see. Good luck with the decision you make x
