when and how did you get baby to feed themselves??

what we have been doing, is give Bobby one spoon, and feed him with the other, otherwise he's constantly grabbing at the spoon we're trying to feed him with anyway - and then I try to guide his hand in to his mouth... it really isn't going so well but we just started lol. Interested to see what has worked for people though!

We started offering preloaded spoons at around 7 months, and she's just started loading it herself in the past week or so.

I've tried a pre-loaded spoon - because LO was trying to get at what I was eating - and he was great! Straight in the mouth. I only started weaning last Friday xx
