So I eat Nutella often for breakfast and also like to make snacks with it and have even made french toast with it. But when is it ok for my LO to have it? she has had small tastes of peanut butter but not very much.

After 6 months is fine as long as there is no family history of nut allergy. Just remember that Nutella is not a health food and has quite a bit of sugar but that is up to you.

Nutella isn't healthy (although it does taste good) its mostly made up of vegetable oil and sugar. I wouldn't give it to someone so young, but its your call.

My LO had a Nutella pancake on pancake day, he loved it however I love it more so don't want to share!

It probably isn't the best nutritionally however once every now and then won't hurt :)

I wouldn't give it at all - pure sugar! And which kid wouldn't love it, so I wouldn't even start, in the end my lo wouldn't want anything else - so I guess what she doesn't know won't hurt her.

that's true, i don't wnt her to get a sweet tooth....i have a pretty bad one :(

Me too! It sounds bad, but I went through a phase where I used to eat Nutella right out of the jar. lol.. I gained some weight during that time.

LOL! when I was pregnant I ate it non stop. didn't eat it for a few months and now I'm eating it again

Oooooh, Nutella! One of my many food addictions... I agree though- way too much sugar for LO at this point. I will, however, allow LO a teeny bite when she's older.
