When did I ovulate Chart included

So I did not use opk this month and my cycles are typically 28 days . I really didn't think I conceived this month but starting Sunday I was have some sharp pains around my uterus mostly gone the last 2 days. Tues i took a 3 hour nap woke up started cooking dinner in the middle of cooking had to full on vomit. My boobs (nipples) have also been very tender for about a week. Took a test Wed. BFN. i think that was 16dpo and about two days late.

Im wondering if it looks like I ovulated late

From what I know it looks like FF is right with CD16. Have you tried testing again? Good luck!

I agree, looks like ov was CD16 x

Thank you ladies. I just would think i would have seen af or a bfp by now if i ovulated on time. Temp was the same today
