When did you feel baby kick from outside?

I feel like I have been late with everything. I didnt even feel the baby kick at all until 20 weeks. I was laying on my side today and I finally felt the baby kick from the outside. Now my OH wants to feel it, I'm wondering how long it will be before it happens more than once a day. I wanted to know when you ladies felt it with your first children

I have been feeling it from the outside probabley at 26 weeks or so...
20 weeks isnt that late for feeling first kicks I didn't feel proper kicks till i was about 23 weeks.
My husband yet to feel the baby kick for some reason not sure why though because she kicks me all the time

At 18 weeks my OH first felt kicking. It was the first day of the year

If you're 27 wks most feel baby kicking multiple times a day. I've felt my little girl kick strong about 22 wks. Maybe it's the way your baby is positioned. If your LO is facing your back bone or hiding behind the placenta you'll likely feel lot less movement.

Have you talked to your Dr./MW about your concerns?

Well this is my first and I felt baby at 16 weeks for the first time. I didn't feel him out the outside till about 22 weeks and my OH felt him at about 25...very subtle. Now, he's a ninja. Sometimes he kicks more for Daddy then me! URGH. Men. lol.

Just give it some time. Like Countyrider said, depends on how baby is sitting. Before you know it, baby will kick your OH when you give him a hug. haha.

I feel the baby kicking all the time, I just never feel it outside of my stomach. I feel very hard kicks. My doctors say I am fine but I see all the people on here saying at 22 weeks they felt kicks outside.

I been feeling baby since 17 weeks but from the outside since 24 weeks..

If your dr isn't concerned then your LO is fine. Everyone experiences things differently and at different times. Trust me there will be a day when your LO is kicking so much, you'll want them to settle down so you can actually get sleep or focus on a task.

Not entirely sure when but I've been feeling her kick on the outside for a few weeks now. She's a busy miss and I like sitting and watching my stomach move like I've got some strange gas, lol. But she's only once ever kicked for Daddy! Suddenly goes shy when he tries to feel my stomach.

Hey. My OH felt baby kick for the first time at 23 weeks.

It may help if you lay down (on your back, only for a little bit) & just let OH sit and feel for a while. He may have to be a bit patient. Another trick is to take a flashlight and shine it on your belly. It will cause little one to squirm, and maybe your OH will feel those little kicks & squirms. This worked for us before. It's worth a try

This is my first and I felt flutters around 12-14, first felt nudges around 17, first felt him from the outside at 20, my sister felt it the next day, no one felt him from the outside for a few weeks except me. Now he moves ALL the time and you can see him move from the outside

I first felt kicks from the outside at 23weeks...OH didn't feel them until around 25weeks

OH didn't feel kicks til I was about 25weeks. I've got an anterior placenta which masks some of them, so still feel them more at the edges of my bump rather than in the middle. Very cold drinks, showers and poking one side of my bump all work to get my baby wriggling.
