When did you give water?

Isabella had been exclusively BF for 6 months, and has just recently started trying solids. Should I be giving water too now? Or is breastmilk ok as the only liquid b/c it has a high water content?

I started giving Amelie water when she was having proper meals IYKWIM. If she's just having tastes I'd think BM is enough

I've started 'offering' water to LO when he is having his grub and then give him boobie juice afterwards too just in case!

I started offering water when we started solids but he didn't actually drink it until we were out at the zoo one day and he was closer to 1yr old...I guess actually 9-10mo something like that. He finally drank it when he needed. I figured I would keep offering with meals just to get him use to the cup
