My baby started drooling this week (she was about 10 weeks old when she started). Does that mean that teeth are starting to grow? Isn't it a bit early? Any other explanation for sudden droolfest?

Lola has drooled unbelievably since 2wks old.I'll b holding her in the kitchen and u can hear it all splatting on the floor.apparently the dr couldn't see any teeth tho  xx

Mine's been drooling a river for the last 4 weeks, lol. I change her clothes constantly because of it, not that I mind, I love baby clothes. Bibs can't even come close to catching it all.

Since about 4 weeks, always changing her clothes, she soaks them!

The waterfall started just before he was 3 months & it hasn't stopped yet. We constantly change bibs & tops but he still gets dribble rash. I just hope some teeth appear soon! He HATES getting dressed/changed so it's a proper pain!

Sophie is drooling bucketloads for weeks already :).
I'm sure it's just a baby thing to do!

About 10 weeks. Bubbles and drool! Does it always mean teeth?

Odessa started around 12 weeks. Also started eating her fists and chewing on her own clothing. Also fussier, can run a little warmer, and rubs her cheeks and yanks on her ears a little..
I've put a cotton terrycloth bib on her, so she can chew on it, and so I can wipe her mouth for kisses. It's better than getting her clothes all cold and wet with drool! Yuckies!
I think it must be teething... I've read it can take weeks, even months for teeth to cut.

my baby is teething (i can feel 2) and he started drooling a week or so ago

mine started last week (9w), my hv said it is due to the jaws developing/forming, ready to teething to commence but she also said it can start early on but last for months before any teeth appear!

Louis' had teething symptoms since about 2 months now but nothing yet and he's just turned 6 months. I've been able to feel hard ridges on his gums for ages but over the last week you can see the outline of both bottom front teeth and gum is getting whiter, drool is getting worse plus constant pulling of mouth, so here's hoping! Your baby could sprout a tooth any time, some babies are born with them! As you're breastfeeding you'll be able to feel it when a tooth is coming in, yikes! x
