When do YOU Ov after your peak on CBFM

Title says it all really... When do YOU Ov after your peak on CBFM

I had my first ever peaks on CBFM yesterday and day before (3rd cycle using the monitor) and just wondering when I should see a temp rise as I was expecting it this morning and it wasn't there ....

I am not sure, been using CBFM for ages. Last few months I have had my temp rise day after my last peak....but think they suggest carrying on with BD after your peak until you see the temp rise. Good luck!

It is different for everyone some get it the first peak day, some the 2nd, and some the high after, I'm sure it will be on its way I hope you catch the eggy

As my cycle is usually pretty irregular this was different from month to month as well, but the temp rise usually occurred between 24 and 36 hours after the peak on the CBFM.

You are supposed to Ov 12-48 hours after your first peak. I was told to start BD'ing every other day once you get your first high, and a few days after your last peak. This makes sure you cover all your bases.
