When do you test ?

Hi, we are currently trying for baby#2. I am due my period in a week and I am torn if it's worth treating myself with an early response test for my birthday on Saturday or if I should be brave and wait until Thursday. Bear in mind that we didn't have very much sex during my fertile window but then again I am not too sure when I ovulated. I have had tingling breast and few cramps but that symptoms I had last month and I wasn't pregnant. I don't want to put my hope to high. So is 5 days early too early to test ? I did one 1 week before my missed period with DD and it was negative.

Well I tested this morning, no luck and I have a feeling AF is on her way so we ll have to wait and see

So I'm so tired today and my bobs hurt I have been exessivly thirsty... can't wait for bed.. might test tomorrow
