when does baby move up?

hey
just wondered when does yr uterus go above yr belly button ? im almost 22 weeks i know its level with yr belly button at 20 weeks but just wondered when any of you noticed it was moving higher up? i think one kick today felt just above my belly button but when i lay flat its still the bottom of my stomach that sticks out loads not the top ?

Im not sure when officially, but i could tell in myself because i felt short of breath doing everyday tasks. When i mentioned this to my midwife she said its because the baby has moved up and is resitricting your lungs from there full potential.

At my scan today he was using the ultrasound thingy in line and slightly above my belly button. He also pointed out baby's bum was just below my ribs. I have felt one kick really high up but most of the time they are still low down.

I kind knew where my uterus was from about 18 weeks, I had the jist of it, then 22 weeks ish i could tell pretty much where it stopped above my belly button and each few days i can tell its got higher, its about 2and half inches above it now! I cant eat so much!

not sure hun all my babys kicks are very low down kind of in line with my hips havent felt any movement above belly

I have started to feel and see movements just above my belly button but only in the last few days, so from one of the other posts i would say 28-30 weeks but as a rough guess..

thanks i just wondred most kicks are lower except when he has his mad half hour at night and they seem to be all over !!

my Bubs was very low for ages, at my 21 week scan he was just at my belly button though, then at about 23 weeks he went way up. Now in my 26th week he's way way up near my ribs @.@ It makes eatting sitting down quite a challenge lol.

Mine was about 2cm above my belly button at my 22 week check up.....depends on body shape too, im quite short in the torso
