When she ask's for him.....

It's been a while since I have posted, but I have been lurking, and giving lots of to all the new members in this section.

I apologies because I am going to start on a bit of a downer, as i feel like shit today. Chloe saw her dad last night for the first time in a long while. Just for an hour or so, but now she can't stop going on about him.

The only reason I invited him was that she was asking for him constantly, and when he came, it was like i didn't exist. Only daddy could put her pyjama's on, Only daddy could give her cuddles, only daddy could put her to bed.

I want her to have a relationship with him, but it makes me soooooo mad, when I break my back to raise her by myself, work part time, study part time, learning to drive, and all he has to do is show his face for an hour and that it, daddy is wonderful

Today I am pissed!

She probably wants him to do it because he never does, you do everything for her every night and she knows that, maybe she feels that while shes got him there she wants him to do it, kinda like trying to get closer to him by asking him for help instead of you. It doesn't mean she thinks hes wonderful, it won't matter what he does you will always be the one she runs to when she needs something x

I understand why you feel upset though but don't let it get to you, shes not doing it to hurt you, she just wants him to do what you do and he obviously never will but shes trying, you'll never be any less than number 1 to her, don't forget that xx

I think i needed to vent, always feel better to get it off my chest, and I know when push comes to shove, I am her number 1, and I get to see all her firsts so I know I am lucky and blessed!
